Manitouwadge High School
The Manitouwadge High School is located in the community of Manitouwadge Ontario which is nestled in the boreal forest. The town itself was founded by Noranda in the early 1950s to support the company's now closed Geco mine. In the early 1980s, gold was discovered at Hemlo, about 50 kilometres (31 mi) south of the town. The school has just over 80 students who are supported by a teaching staff of 12, along with additional school support staff.
The 黑料社区app received funding through the COVID-19 Resilience Infrastructure Stream - Education Related Projects as part of Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICIP) funded by the Government of Canada and Ontario.
